CHEAP LUXURY CAR PROCEDURE

1. Purchaser will provide the model and type of car wanted.

2. Then, the seller will need to check 1st, whether they have it ready in stock or not.

3. Deposit payment of Ringgit Malaysia Five Thousand
(RM 5000.00) is required for car reservation. If the purchaser not satisfies, seller will try to find another car with the same model and type as a replacement. The deposit payment will ONLY be refunded if the seller is unable to find the car requested by the purchaser. If the seller managed to find the car requested but the purchaser decided to cancel, the deposit payment will NOT be refunded or in other words, deposit payment can be considered as burnt.

4. After booking process, seller will provide all the details related to the car, such as year, colour, specifications, accessories (if any), and images of the car. Images will be sent to the purchaser via MMS or email. If the car requested by the purchaser already arrived in Malaysia, and the purchaser MUST pay 70% of the total car price. The payment should be settled by the purchaser in order for the seller to bring the car into Malaysia and proceed in processing all the documents related to the car.

5. Purchaser will have to pay the balance payment of 30% and the rest, after the above process has completed. The balance payment of 30% must be paid before the purchaser can claim the car and IF the purchaser is unable to pay the balance payment, the car will be detained by the seller until the purchaser settles the balance payment.

Versi Melayu

1. Pembeli akan tentukan model kereta serta jenis yang dikehendaki.

2. Penjual akan mencari, sama ada kereta yang pembeli kehendaki ada dalam stok simpanan atau tidak.

3. Deposit tempahan kereta sebanyak Ringgit Malaysia Lima Ribu (RM 5000.00) diperlukan. Jika pembeli tidak berpuas hati, penjual akan carikan kereta lain, wang ini hanya akan dikembalikan jika kereta yang dikehendaki oleh pembeli tiada. Jika kereta yang dikehendaki telah diperoleh tetapi pembeli ingin membatalkan urusan jual beli maka wang deposit tidak akan dikembalikan atau dengan kata lain deposit itu hangus.

4. Selepas membuat tempahan penjual akan memberi segala detail seperti tahun, warna, spesifikasi, aksesori tambahan (JIKA ADA) dan gambar kereta tersebut, dan akan dihantar melalui MMS atau emel pembeli. Jika kereta yang pembeli mahukan sudah berada di Malaysia, dan pembeli sudah membuat persetujuan untuk membeli kereta berkenaan (selepas mendapat detail dan gambar) pembeli perlu membuat bayaran sebanyak 70% dari harga kereta yang telah dipersetujui dan ianya perlu dijelaskan oleh pembeli untuk proses dokumen dan kemasukan kereta tersebut ke Malaysia.

5. Pembeli dikehendaki menjelaskan baki sebanyak 30% dan selebihnya setelah dokumen dan segala proses selesai. Pembayaran 30% ini perlu dijelaskan sebelum pembeli mengambil kereta berkenaan. Jika pembeli tidak dapat menjelaskan jumlah baki sebanyak 30% itu, kereta akan ditahan dan disimpan pihak yang menjual kereta berkenaan sehingga jumlah itu diselesaikan.
